Skills Sessions Overview

Take your game to the next level with our specialized skills sessions, designed to elevate every aspect of your performance on the ice. Whether you're refining your shot, improving your footwork, or sharpening your defensive play, we have a session for you:

• Shooting
  Perfect your wrist shot, slap shot, snap shot, and backhand. Learn the art of appropriate shot selection, mastering the four key elements: vision, direction, position, and weight transfer. 

• Fundamentals
  Designed to enhance your skating, shooting, passing, and stick-handling abilities, we provide expert instruction on proper technique and mechanics. Our drills are strategically crafted to maximize development through repetition and continuous corrective action. Build a strong foundation and take your game to new heights.

• Power Skating
  Designed for hockey and ringette players, our specialized instruction will enhance your agility, power, speed, and endurance on the ice. Master proper skating mechanics, from explosive starts and stops to precise edge control, acceleration, and turning. Our 60-minute sessions will improve your overall skating performance. 

• Magic Mitts
  Elevate your game with expert training in puck handling, passing, shooting, decision-making, and game awareness. Create scoring opportunities, set up plays, and score those goals. 

• Defensive Skills Camp
  Perfect your positioning, master stick checking, and elevate your game awareness.
