Goalie Program
In partnering with Apex Goaltending we can provide programs that are structured to help goalies become more effective in all aspects of their game.
Goalies at each session will be working on:
Skating & movement (T-Push, Shuffle, C Cuts)
Puck tracking
Angles & positioning
Rebound control
Save selection
Save technique
***Goaltenders will be grouped by age and similar skill level***
Instructors for each session will be provided by APEX Goaltending

Session 3 (U15/U16/U19) 9:15 - 10:25 PM
