Designed to teach players the essential skills, techniques, and awareness needed for safe and effective body contact in hockey.

Whether you're delivering a check or receiving one, understanding the proper mechanics is key to both performance and safety.

Ideal for players transitioning into contact or looking to improve their physical game.

• Proper body positioning & angling

• Timing and technique for clean checks

• Absorbing contact safely

• Defensive checking strategies

• Creating offensive opportunities through contact

• Puck protection & separation skills

• Emphasis will be on respect, control and awareness on the ice
