Spring Hockey School 2025 - Full Day Camp

2025 SPRING HOCKEY SCHOOL

We are looking forward to hosting our extremely popular Hockey School during Winter break! Space is limited so register early!

Sessions:

All sessions are open to 2018-2013 YOB - Each session will be split into older and younger groups

• March 24-28, 2025

• April 21-25, 2024

Camp includes:  

On-ice:

• 2.5 hours daily of on-ice instruction

• Power skating and edge control

• Shooting

• Passing

• Hockey Tactics

• Small Area games

• 3on3 game Friday

Off-ice:

• Strength and conditioning

• Swimming, rock climbing, trampolining, soccer. yoga & basketball

• Hockey Educations Sessions

• Video Review

• Daily lunch, snacks and beverages

• Field Trips

Fundamental Player skill development includes:

• Power Skating

• Offensive zone tactics

• Defensive zone tactics

• Shooting and scoring

• Small area games
