Adult Programs - Summer

Our Adult Fundamental Programs are designed to improve the fundamental skills required to play the sport of Hockey. This program is open to all skill levels, ages (18+) and are set in a fun and positive environment. HDC provides an unbeatable intimate and interactive setting designed to maximize development.

Whether you want to be a better coach or hockey player, this program will improve your skills and understanding of the techniques of hockey's fundamental skills

FALL 2023

ADULT 3on3

Join the growing trend of adults moving to 3-on-3 Hockey. We provide all the enjoyment and benefits of playing hockey without all the hassles of planning and organizing. 

Our smaller ice surface increases player involvement, allowing less gifted players to participate more in the play, resulting in more puck touches for all participants. Our program provides adults with a fun, fast-paced, and affordable alternative to regular adult hockey leagues by:   

• Eliminating the need to organize teams

• Eliminating the need to purchase uniforms - Jersey provided each session!

• Providing reasonable ice times thereby improving attendance and satisfaction

• Games are 55 min in length

• ADULT 3on3 FALL 2022 - $199.00+GST
